Find a Mentor

Mentorship is an important part of the IRACDA program. At KU, scholars are paired with mentors who support their growth in research, teaching, and professional development. Mentors help guide projects, provide feedback, and offer advice to help scholars succeed during the program and beyond. You will need to find a mentor before submitting an application to the program. Use the links below to explore our programs and reach out with any questions.
