The goals of the program are to enhance research skills by providing mentored research experiences at KU while developing instructional skills at either Haskell Indian Nations University or Kansas City Community College.

Program Advantages
In addition to providing students with a mentored research experience and a teaching opportunity, IRACDA also provides professional development opportunities such as grant writing workshops, science publishing workshops, and travel support to attend national meetings.
